CENTERFOLD brings the seductive, exotic, dramatic, and highly-competitive world of Glamour Photography to global TV audiences. Contestant teams of models and photographers - supported by professional photographers' assistants and a ‘motley crew’ of fitness trainers and make-up artists - compete for a life-changing prize. All living together for 21 days in exotic locations worldwide, the teams compete in daily photoshoot challenges that test not only their professional skills and ability to bring a concept to life, but also the quality of their character. The cast is taught and critiqued by world-famous master photographers and celebrity judges.
CENTERFOLD deals uniquely with the Glamour industry – a vastly more appealing and accessible genre for global viewers – both male and female – than high fashion. CENTERFOLD is the only reality series that showcases the photographers, assistants, and make-up artists as well as the model contestants. From the training the models must endure to reach physical perfection, to the skills and equipment required by the photographers, to the incredible make up and hair that transforms the models before each shoot, to the secret world of advanced photo retouching and manipulation that creates the images seen online and in print the world over, no stone is left unturned.
CENTERFOLD is cast with incredible characters in breathtaking locations and filmed and supported with cutting-edge technologies - it breaks and remakes the Reality TV genre in the modeling industry space.
CENTERFOLD will deliver two full series in 2013, shot in Asia in September (the Gobi Desert, China, and Hong Kong), and Europe (Morocco, Spain, and Ibiza).
